We have tried to keep our terms and conditions as simple as possible. We want you to find us very flexible to deal with.

1. All interviews are prepaid. Discounts are available for multi-interview purchases (10+ interviews). 
2. To order an interview, we need your order form with payment details faxed to us. We will respond with a confirmation of your order. If you disagree with any details on the confirmation, please contact us immediately. Otherwise, we will proceed and charge as per the confirmation.
3. Discounted prepaid interviews are not refundable and expire within two years of the purchase date.
4. Interviews have a one hour maximum duration.
5. As our interviewer will call the candidate, we need the candidate's phone number, email addess, city and preferred time when an order is placed.
6. We will first email the candidate to try to arrange a suitable time. If this isn't possible or we get no response within 24 hours, we will call the candidate by phone to arrange a time. We will always attempt to complete the interview within four working days. If we are unable to complete the interview within twenty-one days because the candidate was unavailable, we will cancel the interview and refund all but a $100 administration fee.
7. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply a suitable interviewer at the time you place the order, we will notify you as soon as possible and will not process any charge.
8. Depending upon the required mix of competencies, we may need to engage more than a single interviewer. In that case, your cost will not change and the total interview duration will not change. We will avoid using multiple interviewers wherever possible but we need to make sure we use experts on each competency you have chosen.
9. The report on the candidate will be treated with the utmost privacy and will be emailed, faxed or mailed as per your request at the time of order.
10. We will respect your privacy and the candidate's privacy at all times. No personal information will be kept apart from those directly needed for supplying our service. The items that are kept will not be divulged to any other party.
